We are a small experienced team established to provide a bespoke, affordable digitisation service to meet the archival needs of a variety of businesses that enriches the quality of the client’s holdings. The principal team consists of Hugo Madureira and Consuelo Munoz both of whom have backgrounds in product management, quality control, art and design. As experienced managers we are used to engaging with businesses and institutions at a local and international level across multiple disciplines. Our team has years of experience handling sensitive, business-critical information for organisations. Hugo and Consuelo have collaborations with The Royal Academy of Arts, Antenna International and the Houses of Parliament. Our customer exposure list includes publishers such as Violette Editions, Eclipse Picture Research, Joanna Hardy, Hennell Fine Jewellery, Lidija Kolovrat, among other private and Corporate customers. We have a passion for attention to detail, are curious by nature and are strong in delivery to the highest standards in order to preserve client’s assets and add value for the future. We pride ourselves on our expertise and brilliant customer service. The KEPT team have been scanning, storing and managing critically important documents for some time and are particularly strong in the Digitisation of Cultural Heritage and Historical media. We also handle modern collections and an array of administrative documents as detailed under Services. We have worked on small and medium scale projects. Kept will offer to work on site at your location however we fully understand preservation and conservation practices so, depending on requirements, we may have to outsource a viewing room. All KEPT collaborators and specialist partners have a keen understanding of handling rare and fragile collections; often these documents are the only copies in existence, so it’s crucial we ensure protection and compliance with your requirements at every level.
