Keratin is one of nature’s most important building blocks at a cellular level. It gives the human body structure and order, and is fundamental in the development of healthy tissues including skin, hair and nails.
Using our proprietary Functional Keratin® platform technology, we recover soluble keratin proteins from wool fibres while controlling the protein molecular weight and cysteine availability. We then blend these proteins together to create ingredients that are 91% homologous to human keratin. Our unique, bioactive ingredients are used in the world’s leading beauty and personal care products.
