The Kern County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (KCSHRM) is an organization of human resource professionals whose primary goal is to foster an educational environment that is facilitated by the exchange of information and ideas. We are a Professional Chapter affiliated with The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 250,000 members in over 140 countries, the Society serves the needs of HR professionals and advances the interests of the HR profession. Our mission is to educate, support, and advance the role of the human resource profession in Kern County. We accomplish our mission by providing essential knowledge and education; facilitating opportunities for personal interaction; and serving as liaison and advocate to other local, regional, state, and national entities.
