Keshav Thakur has been appointed to the Legal Panel of The VOC Port Trust, Cochin Port Trust, Willingdon Island, and the New Mangalore Port Trust wherein he has taken favorable orders from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. At times legal opinions from the Learned Attorney General or the Solicitor General have been taken wherein financial/economic / Legal aspects have been involved and saving the Port Trusts from incurring heavy financial losses.

One of our significant achievements includes a landmark judgment on Arbitration passed in favor of the Port Trust pertaining to the public exchequer of 4,500 crores in PSC SICAL V/s The Board of Trustees V.O Chidambaranar Port Trust.
