Taking her years in martial arts, her Masters in Sports Science, her work with actors and other A-list stars, her background growing up in Russia and of course her own weight struggles, Dasha developed a method that helps women (and men) look and feel the way they always wanted. It was important for Dasha to do this with a program that provides minimal impact on the joints, and doesn’t consume a persons life. It was also important to make it available to everyone, even those wanting to train in the comforts of their own home.
