Why KevlarStrength?
I've been in the ring and I've coached fighters for everything from their first fight to winning world and stadium titles.
I'm around 50years old with a full time "office" job and 2 children (1 and 8 years old). So I know a little about training when you are busy and training for long term health and resilience!

I coach a limited number of people with bespoke programmes to meet their needs. We will work closely together with regular calls, what for questions and video demos / reviews for anything you are not sure about.
