KEXIN is a packaging specialist providing one stop service including development,design,production and delivery.Our workshop covers over 10,000 square meters with 200 employees.Here is who we are: ***Equipment 1 Pre-press&press We equipped with digital proof machine,blue line machine,1set of Heidelberg 4C printing press and one set of Mitsubishi 4C printing press; 2 Main post -press One set of auto-diecutting machine; one set of corrugation mounting machine; one set of board liner machine.In addition, we also have 2 sets of carton forming machine,2 sets of window gluing machine,1 set of auto-gluing machine for handwork; ***Our team 1 CS We have served for many top brands,for example ,Swarovski,Tchibo and so on through trading company.Now we have introduced ERP system and we can keep clients much more closer with the production status; 2 RD -Our structure engineer manager has over 20years RD experience and have designed many creative complicated pop-up boxes and books which won client's deeply appraise; -At the meantime, our sample making man also have over 7yrs experience on drawing layout,making samples by both handwork and machine.Over 90% samples are qualified by clients. 3 QC We have 10 workers on QC team, well fit into IQC,IPQC,FQC;Each batch of production will be fully inspected before delivery.Our production team based on their AQL2.5 requirement to produce. 4 Handwork line We generally have 2 lines of paper bags and 4 lines for paper boxes.If comes to peak season,this team will grow accordingly.Most of them are veterans hired from domestic top 10 factories, especially supervisors;They can make complicated boxes over your imagine. ***Further info.: 1 Details -Basically all of our raw materials for jewelry box must have ROHS/REACH paper to proof NO ACID; -Those raw materials must be killed bacteria before use by placing into UV TUNNEL; -Finished jewelry packaging must be placed in DEHUMIDIFICATION room for 8hours and another 4hours in OZONE room; -Warehouse constant temperature is 30 degree; 2 Quick response Quotation reply within 2-24hours;white samples lead time is 1-3days;color samples 5-7days; 3 Client scope At KEXIN,we deal with a wide variety of clients from almost every conceivable industry, and as you can imagine, that requires some flexibility.
