At Key Community Supports, we are a small business specialising in NDIS Support Coordination Services for participants accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia. Our Support Coordinators work with NDIS participants to identify their needs and goals, find and connect them with suitable service providers, and manage the delivery of services outlined in their plan. Our aim is to ensure that NDIS participants receive the support they need to achieve their goals and live more independently. In addition, we work collaboratively with the participant to provide guidance, information, and practical support to help them become more independent in managing their own plan. By doing so, we help to build their capacity to better manage their own plan and achieve greater independence over time. At Key Community Supports, we are committed to providing high-quality NDIS Support Coordination services to help participants make the most of their NDIS plan and live their best possible life.
