At Key Community Supports, we are a small business specialising in NDIS Support Coordination Services for participants accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia. Our Support Coordinators work with NDIS participants to identify their needs and goals, find and connect them with suitable service providers, and manage the delivery of services outlined in their plan.
