Based on the belief that; the academic experience of graduates is not sufficient in preparing them
to meet the requirements of the dynamic job market, the EJB (Egyptian Junior Business
Association) has been developing a multi dimensioned, early intervention program, the KEY
Program, that would offer undergraduates an interactive learning experience to enhance their
technical, soft and hard skills needed to fulfill the criteria of the job market.
