Our clients include corporates, private equity firms, investors, management teams, owner managers and entrepreneurs. We advise clients on buying businesses, company disposals, management buyouts (MBOs, BIMBOs, MBIs), equity releases, company refinancing, corporate acquisitions, research and origination, strategic reviews, development capital, fundraising and investing. Normally before a transaction is successful a considerable amount of planning and preparation is needed to maximise the results. Likewise, the reporting requirement post transaction for funders and investors can be outside the skill set of management. Keystone offers pre and post transaction support, including but not limited to preparing a business for a transaction, post transaction integration, corporate governance compliance, retained advisor and the role of a part time Finance Director.
