Keystone was established on 1 October 2017 to provide independent, specialist actuarial and consulting services to retirement funds and the sponsors of such funds.
Focus: We aim to to provide actuarial and consultancy services to a limited number of large retirement funds. We believe other service providers lose focus by either providing services to a large number of small funds, offering administration and products (which they “cross-sell” to their retirement fund clients) or provide services in countries around the world where they do not have the requisite expertise to do so.
Independence: We are completely independent of all administrators, insurers, investment managers and international consulting houses. As such, we are able to provide actuarial and consulting services in the best interests of our retirement fund clients and their members and pensioners.
Experience: We have many years of experience in providing actuarial and consulting services to some of the largest retirement funds in South Africa. We use our knowledge and expertise to assist the boards of retirement funds in achieving better retirement outcomes for their members.
