After 25+ successful years in corporate social responsibility and brand marketing at PepsiCo and Visa, I’m thrilled to help the next generation of leaders achieve career success and fulfilment! To me, purpose-driven means rooted in values and impact that goes beyond you personally, that is meaningful to the world around you. Authentic, purpose-driven leaders are better able to inspire a shared vision, build a culture of trust and positive impact, and find personal joy and fulfilment in their work. As a certified executive and career coach, I work with executives and rising executives in corporate and non-profit roles to use purpose as a springboard to work success and fulfilment. Through powerful coaching conversations, scientifically validated assessments, practical frameworks, and safe space, I help clients strengthen leadership skills and presence, inspire teams, communicate with impact, and deliver results, all while doing work they love and staying true to themselves.
