Our recruiters have been working with sales teams, gaming and IT companies for the past 5 years to hire and train their personnel. Our mission is to find people who are producing results and stay for a long time. They don't want to hire many people - they one to find the right person. They tend to have a common problem: They have high requirements, so it’s difficult for them to find good candidates. Also, whomever they might find leaves within a year or so. Unfortunately this is only the tip of the iceberg: since 2020 it’s not enough to hire people and give them something to do.
