KH Technology, LLC was established in March 2011 in San Jose, the heart of the Silicon Valley. KH Technology specializes in supporting semiconductor equipments and sales of spare parts and also providing business development, marketing strategies, technical solutions for refurbishers and manufacturers in semiconductor and LED. We are a wet bench manufacturer and our expertise is also in surface preparation technology. Specifically in chemical wet cleaning equipments such as DNS WS-820L, FC-821L, SES Pegasus, BW2000, TEL UW 8000 and Semitool SAT, SST batch processor, Raider single processor.
