Meaning “growth”, the name Khula embodies the vision behind the brand – to facilitate the growth of the artists involved by showcasing their work to the mainstream market and allowing broader society to experience and engage with it. Their artworks are translated into high-quality bags and the range as a whole presents a collectable portfolio of stylistically unique paintings, photographs, graffiti, and illustrations that are printed onto the bags. The bags are ethically produced in South Africa and a percentage of the sale of each bag goes directly to the artist.
