Khula is dedicated to our mission of preventing school dropout amongst primary school learners from under-resourced communities. We do that by promoting a positive culture of learning and strengthening the value of education. Our focus is on the foundation phase, from Grade R to Grade 4, where the educational journey begins. We target the root causes of disengagement with a holistic intervention method consisting of academic and emotional support under the supervision of our Occupational Therapist and Social Worker. Khula envisions a transformed generation where every child, upon completing their school career, can contribute to the social and economic fabric of South Africa.
