Khula Placements is an established privately owned and managed company, specializing in quality, value and service within the personnel market. Our current service offering includes permanent and temporary placements, with full screening and a comprehensive interview process for every candidate sent through to the client. The name “Khula” is based on the Zulu word “to grow” – and Khula Placements treat each recruitment assignment with its’ own unique merits, the overall objective being to add value to their clients business by ensuring high levels of staff retention and therefore productive growth. Khula Placements was formed 12 years ago, when Tracey Swinson, the owner was shot and paralysed in an armed robbery. From her ICU bed in hospital, she was determined not to let this situation hold her back and Khula Placements was born. This determination and drive filters to down to the staff in their ‘never say die attitude’ towards their efficiency and work rate. “Competitive edge is having better staff than your competitors.”
