KHUSHBU ENGINEERS manufactures Single Pass Honing machines in India. Established in 1994, by Mr Ajeet Samani. He is a technocrat having on job experience in the field of honing. Khushbu Engineers stared the endeavor with a humble beginning of design and manufacturing of Productivity enhancing equipment. Khushbu quickly shifted the focus on Design and manufacturing of Honing Machines. It began with Manual and Auto-stroking Honing machines. Keeping pace with the market needs, Khushbu leveraged its expertise in to manufacturing and marketing of high precision, cost - effective and efficient CNC HONING MACHINES. Many challenges were poised in the journey to establish Khushbu as a reliable source for Honing Applications. Khushbu faced all the challenges with complete technical support and preparedness to spend on R & D. Khushbu Honing Machines are extensively used by the leading names of industries like Godrej, MICO, Indo MIM, Eaton, Preciforge and Gears, Bajaj Motors etc. The product spectrum includes two wheeler transmission Gears, a high production and highly accurate Auto component to Hydraulic Valves, having L/D ratio of more than 5 and demanding highest accuracy of bore geometry. Varieties of components are honed with ease of operation achieving very high accuracy and production requirements. Applying single pass diamond honing technology, extremely close tolerances can be achieved consistently in mass production at a lesser per piece cost. Diamond-plated finishing tools are capable of achieving micron/sub-micron accuracy. Two of the renowned companies have joined hands with Khushbu recently. Kenrie Inc, USA and Auteco Srl, Italy. Both are leaders in special applications of Bore finishing. Khushbu has exported machines to USA, China, Europe, Middle East and South Africa. Khushbu always welcomes challenges in bore finishing.
