OUR CORE PROGRAMMES: SWATANTRA SHIKSHAANTRA is KHUSHII's Learning Centre in Sangam Vihar, Delhi, engaging with government school students. The programme aims at improving the age-appropriate learning curve through remedial education, nutritious mid-day meals, digital learning, awareness camps and regular counselling sessions. SHIKSHAANTRA PLUS for holistic learning at government schools with a focus on remedial/support education, psychological support, building capacity of teachers on new pedagogy skills, infrastructural support and improved parental engagement MANOSHAKTI Mental Health Programme promotes student's psychological, social, & physical development through personalised and group counselling sessions. The programme also engages with caregivers and government school teachers to mitigate the risk of dropouts while enhancing their mental well being and learning. A core part of our COVID response strategy, the ADAPT IMPACT program, supports vulnerable children by providing a safe digital learning environment and counselling to bridge the learning gaps and ensure that children's education continues. The integrated Community Development programme, SIKSHA AUR VIKAS, empowers economically backward communities to become socio-economically independent. The programme focuses on empowering women & youth through skill-building, livelihood creation, and microfinancing. KHUSHII is an independent, self-implementing, Not-for-Profit Organisation founded in 2003.
