KIBO Group, Inc. was founded in 1996 as a company that would specialize exclusively in the entitlement, development and construction of real estate in Southern California. Its mission is to be an innovative and entrepreneurial company that is involved in real estate projects of a high quality of construction and aesthetics and great pride of ownership for its end users and owners. Since its inception, KIBO Group, Inc., has been involved in the development of multiple custom residential and commercial projects that have won accolades by its end users, owners, press and the public. Currently, KIBO Group, Inc. and its affiliated entities are involved in the entitlement, development and construction of custom homes, multi unit residential subdivisions, apartment buildings and commercial projects in Southern California.
