KIC YAF-KNUST

KIC YAF KNUST is a chapter of the Young Agriprenuers Forum (YAF) across different university campuses in Ghana. YAF is an initiative founded by the Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC) and sponsored by the Mastercard Foundation. YAF-KNUST is a student-led interactive forum, where tertiary students can share and exchange ideas, interests and engage in activities pertaining to agriculture. We engage in activities aimed at changing the mindset of the youth towards agriculture, equipping students with entrepreneurship skills and repositioning agriculture as an exciting career choice for graduates. The goals and objectives are achieved through seminars, hands-on skills training, topical agricultural debates, industrial tours, farm volunteering, research discoveries and many others.
