KICKFAIR is a not-for-profit organisation working across Germany with the vision that all children and youngsters have the same opportunities to develop, to enfold their potentials and to find their place in a diverse society. Working towards changes that lead to more societal equity, KICKFAIR interlinks football with an innovative, comprehensive multiyear educational concept to foster the personal development of adolescents and to accompany schools into places of new learning. With KICKFAIR, young people learn important future skills, practise diversity, become part of a democratic community, and actively co-create social change. The KICKFAIR educational concept is scientifically proven, working in more than 70 locations across Germany, reaching almost 15.000 socially disadvantaged youth annually.
