Kidisthenics is a high-intensity, movement-based fitness program designed to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities of all abilities. Through one-on-one training and group fitness, we help individuals with ASD build emotional strength, motor control, and confidence—one movement at a time.
Our program integrates evidence-based methodologies including Primitive Movement Training, Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT), and Sensory-Integration Training. These approaches target the body’s foundational systems—proprioceptive, vestibular, and cognitive—to promote better regulation, coordination, and independence in daily life.
Currently operating in San Diego and Imperial Valley, Kidisthenics is actively expanding across California to meet the growing demand for inclusive, movement-based interventions. From fitness sessions to community outings, every aspect of our program is built to foster resilience, connection, and lifelong skills.
