Mr. Yack has been involved in the floral business for over 30 years. In 1976 he founded Irvine Florist Ltd which became one of the largest retail floral shops in the United States and part of FTD’S Elite Top 1OO Florists. Ralph started Floral Products Ltd. Inc. and became the first overnight supplier of grower direct flowers to retail flower shops and hotels across the United States with freight inclusive pricing using FedEx. His clients include: Hiltons, Hyatt’s, Marriott’s, Sheratons and retail florists across the United States. Ralph’s extensive knowledge and experience in floral distribution and logistics lead him to become the founder and creator of The Floralship Platform, a dynamic logistical and intelligent enterprise that he created and developed in 2004 and is now is being used today by some of the largest wholesalers and importers in our industry. He has served as a floral consultant to FTD, Teleflora, Florifax, Conroy’s Flowers, Fed Ex,UPS, and retail florists across the USA. In 2007, he founded the 501 C Non Profit Kids Flower Foundation to develop floral marketing programs that raise money for other non profit charities from the sale of flowers. He is a UCLA Graduate with a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology.
