Our Mission Kids Lighthouse Learning Hub’s mission is to provide and promote licensed, high-quality, affordable, and accessible early learning and child care programs to meet the needs of children and their families in Barangay Dolores, San Fernando, Pampanga, and the neighboring barangays. Our Vision Our vision is to build a warm and inclusive community where the families and the educators work together to provide a child-centered and holistic environment where all children are valued equally and ensure each child realizes their full potential. Regardless of race, gender, age, ability, social status, or family structure, our vision is to provide families with a space to connect and feel at ease whenever they leave their children to work or have time for themselves. We ensure that each child is able to participate in all aspects of the program as we value and embrace the different gifts each child brings to our community.
