KidsOut

KidsOut is a national children’s charity (reg no. 1075789) that brings happiness into the lives of children who are disadvantaged, whether through special educational needs, poverty or domestic abuse. Through its three main services, “Day Out”, “Toy Box” and “Fun Days”, KidsOut provides fun experiences and memories for children who may otherwise miss out. Working nationwide with local refuges and organisations, KidsOut is the only charity providing support directly to children escaping domestic violence. Often having left home suddenly, while in refuge children may have few or no toys and little opportunity for days out. The Toy Box and Fun Days services bring some excitement and fun into what can be an otherwise dark period in a child’s life. With more than 90% of all donations going straight to its services, KidsOut helps tens of thousands of children every year forget their worries and focus on just being a child.
