We understand that lives get busy and it can be hard to find the right staff for your household. That’s why we are here to take the hard work for you. Our carers and domestic workers are carefully vetted, police checked and participate in interview process. We pride ourselves on going above & beyond when getting to know our candidates and our clients. Our mission is to provide a flexible and easy to use platform that helps to establish fast and reliable connections between caregivers and customers. To constantly raise the quality of our services, we support our caregivers by offering training to help caregivers improve their skill set and meet the needs of clients. We are also social enterprise company which encourage, help and empower our caregivers. We are building a community where parents can have a peace of mind to leave their kids in the safehands and transparency between the parents with the nanny. We are an international team of young and motivated people who would like to make it easy for parents to find suitable caregivers for their family. The team is led by a feminist & mother who has first hand experience in dealing with unreliable nannies and has come up with an idea to make searching for caregivers a breeze. Hence, the Kiidu platform was born. Kiidu's goal is to maximise transparency. We have our 3R system implemented on the website to Rate, Recommend, and Reference our caregivers.
