KIIFCON Private Ltd. is a private limited company with 100% equity owned by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). Sanctioned by the Government of Kerala, KIIFCON was established on 17th August 2022, and in its first year (2022-23), KIIFCON achieved a turnover of INR 4.43 Crores and a profit of 1.81 Crore. In its second year of operation, KIIFCON achieved a turnover of 9.13 Crores and a profit of 2.08 Crores. Presently, KIIFCON Pvt Ltd is providing consultancy services for significant projects across Kerala. This includes: • Project Management Consultancy for Cochin Smart City Ltd (CSML). • Client Engineer for Rest stop development all over Kerala for Overseas Kerala Investments Holdings Ltd (OKIH). • Project Management Consultant and DPR Consultant for Kerala Rubber Ltd (KRL). • DPR consultant for Development of Kovalam and Adjacent Beaches for Department of Tourism. • Consultant for the development of Digital twin using Geographical Information System for Kochi for CSML. The Chief Executive Officer of KIIFB, Dr. K.M. Abraham (CFA, IAS Retd.) is the Chairman of KIIFCON. The Additional Chief Executive Officer of KIIFB, Shri. Satyajeet Rajan (IAS Retd.) is the CEO of KIIFCON. The company also has functional Directors appointed by the Government of Kerala.
