En 1994 abrió sus puertas la primera pequeña tienda KiK en Alemania. Hoy, KiK ha crecido tanto que cuenta con más de 26.000 empleados y 4.000 tiendas en toda Europa. Una de nuestras competencias distintivas tiene que ver con la palabra oportunidad: valoramos el carácter y las habilidades de los candidatos por encima de un currículum y unas calificaciones perfectos. Sabemos que la vida a veces es un camino difícil. KiK también ha pasado por varios altibajos en estos últimos 25 años. Once started out with only one small discount shop in Germany in 1994, KiK has now grown to employ 26,000 people in over 4,000 stores throughout Europe.
