Kilbury Construction was founded in 2000 since then the company and its people have grown a well deserved reputation for for quality work, reliability and honesty and are well-regarded by customers, suppliers and partners alike. We work collaboratively to deliver high quality work that we can be proud of and that meets all our clients’ expectations. We handle work ranging from repairs and maintenance, refurbishment and conversion through to new build larger residential dwellings, ecclesiastical, education, offices and commercial properties. We are on frameworks for approved contractors specialising in education, and also operate in the NHS environment as well as for blue chip companies, charitable trusts, residential and local businesses. Our level of repeat business is testament to our high levels of customer satisfaction. We recently launched Kilbury Conservation, a natural development of the company, employing experienced people from the preservation and conservation industry to bring increased depth and breadth to our range services. These services include damp-proofing, below-ground waterproofing to existing and new-build properties, basement conversions, elimination of wood-boring insects and fungal decay, condensation control and air management, traditional and resin-based timber repairs, concrete condition analysis and repair, flood remediation and resilience, façade repairs and coatings. The division employs dedicated and highly qualified staff who are able to investigate and diagnose defects in all manner of buildings, providing cost-effective solutions which are carried out by trained technicians and overseen by a specialist contracts manager. Kilbury Conservation reflects the Company’s ethos of providing “Solutions not problems – Construction with a difference” and this approach is at the heart of the business.
