MACHINING AND FINISHING Producing high quality turned components from a wide variety of materials such as Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Monel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Nylon, Acetal and other specialist materials on a sub supply basis. We can facilitate a wide variety of surface finishing including heat treatment, electroplating, and Anodising. QUALITY AND SERVICE Our Quality Management System covers every aspect of our operations to ensure a first-class quality product, service and on-time delivery to ISO9001:2015 standard. In-process inspection using SPC and non-contact optical measuring equipment, creating FMEA, Process Capability and full PPAP level 3 where required. VOLUME CAPABILITIES Manufacturing batch volumes from 100 to 100,000 plus pieces ranging from 3mm to 65mm in diameter using the latest sliding head and fixed head CNC machines.
