Kilroy McDonald's

Kilroy Family McDonald’s is a Cincinnati Family owned franchise organization. Starting in 1968, Bill Kilroy began as a crew member at a McDonald’s in Cleveland, Ohio. Bill worked his way through the ranks of McDonald’s, which then led him to the opportunity of owning his own McDonald’s in Oakland, California. In 2001, his family made the decision to move back to Ohio, where he purchased restaurants in the Cincinnati area. Until his retirement in 2021, Bill mentored many community and industry leaders, including his two sons Brian and Michael. Just as their father started as a crew person, Brian and Michael did the same. Beginning their careers, working their way up from the bottom, they learned about the business inside and out. Applying their knowledge of the day-to-day life in McDonald’s and their industry-savvy mindset, Brian and Michael have been able to take the groundwork that their father laid and turn the organization into one of the most successful Mid-size McDonald’s owner operator organizations in the United States. In October of 2022, they were awarded with the top performing results for their region. Continuing to push the line of success, Kilroy’s value being committed to our customers, engaging in our communities, investing in our people, and operating our stores with purpose.
