We are a team of psychologists. Some have a specialisation in Instructional design, Mental Health Education and an alumni of University of Delhi and NIMHANS, Bengaluru. About Us: (Working with ages 8-60years) - Individual Therapy: One on One sessions tailored to your unique needs, helping navigate life's waves - Group Sessions: Finding strength in community while exploring shared experiences and growth opportunities together - Training & Workshop: Be it personal journey or organisational transformation, we are here to design/conduct programs fostering mental health care, well-being and mindfulness practices in diverse settings. - Self-Help Products: Thoughtfully designed merchandise and self-help sheets to aid daily mental health care practises. We also curate or develop content for organisation's looking for having their own manual/ self-help kit for their employees. We are committed to growth while ensuring methods keep evolving and are evidence based in terms of innovation and growth. We provide a judgement free zone (online/in-person) to pause, reflect, reset and recharge while integrating creative approaches and theoretical modalities.
