Kinanis Academy is a department of Kinanis Law Firm dedicated to professional training. The Academy came through the idea of offering learning and development opportunities to the Financial, Legal and Professional Services Sector in Cyprus. This vision comes in line with the expansion of services the firm offers. Following our principle ‘all in one place’ we are extending our services of the Law Firm and are now offering further development opportunities to the workforce, outspreading our knowledge and experience to individuals and organisations who are dedicated to professional and personal development. Strategic learning and development in professional services is one of the many factors that are fundamentally shifting how professional firms do business, together with; new technologies, changing competitive landscapes and complex client requirements. The Academy aims to build a sustainable competitive advantage in this increasingly competitive market. Training methods and techniques are based on European learning standards which encourage participants to develop their professional skills, create opportunities for constructive thinking, self-criticism and analysis of their own performance. Training programmes are offered in both English and Greek languages, depending on the demand of our clientele and accordingly to our trainers preferred language. Our professional lecturers are highly qualified and passionate for sharing their knowledge, coming from a range of different professional backgrounds and have extensive experience in their fields, such as, Law, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Compliance and Human Resources. Professional associations such as Cyprus Bar Association, ICPAC and CySEC have a mandatory requirement by their regulators to complete a specific number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points as a prerequisite to renew their professional license. Kinanis Academy acts as a CPD partner for members of the above Professional associations.
