The Kenenye Initiative for National Development (KIND) is a dedicated organization focused on creating sustainable development in Sierra Leone by investing in youth empowerment and women's empowerment, particularly in rural areas. Our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 5, and 8, which aim to end poverty, achieve gender equality, and promote decent work and economic growth. At KIND, we believe in the transformative power of mentoring and training. Our youth empowerment programs provide young people aged 18-35 with the skills, guidance, and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential.
