Kind Tailored Care Ltd has been created to provide a professional community based service that is dual regulated with CQC & CIW. We can support you with your everyday care and treatment in the comfort of your own home or place of safety, for Adults who display distressed behaviour, have complex needs, mental health issues or social vulnerability. We will carry out initial assessments within 24 hours and develop personal, tailored plans that are best suited to your needs and wishes in-line with Statutory Guidance in Wales or England. We specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals informed by experts by experience. We aim to understand both people’s strengths and challenges when living in a neurotypical society. The environment they live in and the people around them can be key variables in someone feeling safe and supported or challenged and in crisis. Kind Tailored Care have taken a pledge to ensure all neurodivergent people we support have access to the right environment, people and support needed to overcome societal barriers and take part in their community.
