I'm a coach certified through the Co-Active Institute who is also certified through the professional coaching organizations EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and ICF (International Coaches Federation). I've also been credentialed as a Rational Emotive Behavioral Coach and an Executive Function coach and have extensively studied somatic coaching and the principles of neuroscience in coaching. Additionally, I hold a Master's of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
Finally, I also have experience working in the entertainment industry, the tech industry, and as a private tutor working with students from private schools, charter schools, and public schools. My coaching perspective and coaching practice have been shaped by my involvement in different industries and by living in various cities around the world.
