Kindred is a space created with community at it’s heart, through a movement and therapy collective. Our mission is to create a space for all to call home, with multiple offerings of movement, therapies, and treatments. A beautiful collective of like-minded people will guide and support you through your practice. Kindred is home to spacious studios and therapy spaces, filled with natural light, breathtaking views and a welcoming, relaxed reception area. Nestled between Queen Meave, and the Atlantic Ocean, Kindred is perfectly placed in the village of Strandhill.
