KindSpace is the go-to mental health platform for teens, where they are empowered to autonomously find and receive support. KindSpace breaks stigma around the mental health topics and builds resilience early on, enabling a healthy development for every teen. 💙 KindSpace offers “KindCafes” - free online group sessions, facilitated by trained psychology students. Here, teens share their challenges and receive support with mindfulness exercises and coping strategies.
