Kindster's mission is to offer free, timely, & quality services to those who help socially vulnerable everyday, but neglect supporting themselves: NGO workers, volunteers, doctors, teachers, etc. By helping such professionals to build resilience, we help thousands of those who need them present, strong, and resourceful. 1. WHY? YOU CAN'T LIGHT UP CANDLES IN THE SOULS OF OTHERS WHEN YOURS IS OUT OF GAS Support of professionals in the social fields (NGO employees, volunteers, teachers, medical workers, etc.), on whom hundreds depend, all in order to: — help professionals continue working at social enterprises and organizations, develop in it, — NGOs and their teams continued to function instead of closing down, becoming more sustainable and resilient — for those they are helping to less likely find themselves in crisis and critial situations 2. HOW & WHAT? The project is already working with dozens of both federal and regional NGOs & foundations, ideally suited for scaling up continuous support & assistance without adding more workload and bureaucracy on shoulders of recipient organizations due to our automation of the processes by: ✔️ Finding experienced professionals & resources to pay for their services ✔️ Controlling help requests progress at every stage, collecting feedback and providing analytics along the way and afterwards ✔️ Taking care of contracting, payments, and the rest of red tape associated with getting external services.
