Our approach is based on the Memrec method, developed by Dr. Merel Kindt, Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. The method is the result of decades of research into fear and memory, in collaboration with international colleagues. While continuing her academic work, Dr. Kindt remains closely involved in the clinic.
Since 2018, we’ve treated more than 2,500 people. 85% of treatments are successful in just one round (two sessions), and we’re proud of our consistently high client satisfaction.
