Kineara provides tailored, intensive and holistic interventions to vulnerable families and individuals. We break down barriers to sustainable housing, employment and education. We work with housing associations, schools and other stakeholders providing intensive rent support programmes, family support services for schools, and employment programmes, each tailored to integrate with our partners work while supporting people to overcome whatever barriers they may face. The success of the programmes comes from using holistic approaches and offering respect to all people, building tools to overcome barriers to work, education and overall well-being. • Private Renters Project (Rent Support Programme) aims to tackle evictions of vulnerable people living in private rented homes. We work with local authorities across London to deliver meaningful tenancy support for their residents. We engage with private renters and landlords in their borough, connecting renters to new properties to avoid eviction while saving costs to landlords. Our specialist practitioners give children and young people the tools and strategies to address their own personal barriers and motivate themselves to get the most out of their education. Its success lies in its ability to engage families, teachers and anyone else important to a young person’s learning and aspirations.
