King Penguin Properties, LLC is a niche real estate fund manager based out of New York City. We currently operate funds with multifamily and retail assets primarily in Upper Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs, though we are limber enough to invest in opportunities we find elsewhere, and sometimes do. Officially founded in 2006, with the first Opportunity Fund open for investment in 2009, we are an experienced and aggressively expanding corporation.
