Hunan Kingcera Engineering Co.,Ltd was established in 1993 and is a major manufacturer of alumina ceramic wear resistant products, non-standard, ceramic lined custom heavy machinery and metal welded structural components . Right now,Kingcera is situated on a 10 acre parcel of land includes a 35,200 square foot plant with modern equipment. In addition to our standard production operation, our technical team with 26 people can help customers by on-site measurement,design independently , drawing , installation training or install and debug products on site.
The products are widely used in the equipment suffering high abrasion in the field of coal-fired power generation ,mining, steel, smelting, cement, coal, mine, chemical industry, port and so on.
Kingcera 's main products:

2. ZTA Ceramic wear liners;
3.Ceramic lined pipe fittings like spool,elbow,reducer,Y pipe and cross pipe;

5: plan offshore structural engineering, super heavy duty seat slider stainless steel, steel heavy duty swivel castor, heavy duty hydraulic steel cutter;
6.Ceramic lagging for belt pulley;
7.Ceramic lined concrete pump pipe fittings;
Currently, our company has more than 200 workers, including a group of engineering technicians, quality testing personnel, and high quality administration with years of experience in ceramic wear resistant material and mechanical manufacturing. These two are the major of our CEO, Mr.Yang who graduated from Tsinghua University.
The factory is equipped with a vertiacl CNC lathe, CNC milling machine,engraving machine, steel bending machine. Our workshops are ready to meet all of the machining service for ceramic lined steel forgings, no matter their specifications.
