Our history involves several years of experience in world-leading academic research and professional sport environments. Therefore, our current practice involves making informed decisions on training application with a unique blend of evidence-based and cutting edge science, shaped by real world applied experience from high-achieving environments. Our vision is to be leading providers to elite and aspiring athletes and organisations in the U.K. Our roots lie in football and the North West of the U.K., yet our interest is to widen our services to a multitude of sports and levels of play. We strive to work with like minded individuals and organisations, no matter their situation. Therefore, our all-inclusive structure means there are no boundaries to you, the client. Our philosophy is built on two key foci - individual care and long-term support. With the notion that "nobody is made the same" we pride ourselves on the extreme detail within our individualised approach. Furthermore, with the ever-changing environments of professional sport, we believe that stable support is required for long-term success. Our intimate approach provides great advantages over the generalised model that is held in most organisations. With time constraint barriers, suboptimal athlete to staff ratios, fatigued and conflicting philosophies and cultures, the requirement for a new level of service is necessary.
