In July 2022, Kin Group, formerly known as Lucas Neo Financial (LNFinancial), an authorised representative of AIA Singapore, had transited to AIA Financial Advisers. The word "Kin" represents the group’s culture, which signifies that the team cherishes relationships - passionate about establishing close connections with our financial consultants and clients. Established in January 2014 with a small team of 4 financial consultants, the Kin Group has grown to be one of the fastest growing agencies in AIA Singapore, dedicated to helping people attain their life and financial aspirations. At Kin Group, we are a unique and vibrant team who adopts a close-knit family culture. We embrace leadership, giving our young financial consultants the opportunities and guidance to help them succeed in their careers as well as rise to challenges. An example of young leadership starts with our executive director, Lucas Neo. At the age of 25, he became the youngest Financial Services Director in AIA Singapore. Through this, Lucas has made it his goal to groom successors, so that together, the Kin Group can reach out to more people to enable them live healthier, longer, better lives.
