Kingsmill Professional is the foodservice division of Kingsmill, supplying a quality range of frozen sliced bread and bloomers into the foodservice and out of home market. We offer the same great tasting products as Kingsmill, the only difference is that our products are frozen once baked to lock in the freshness, extend the shelf life and reduce waste, making them suitable for our foodservice customers. Kingsmill, a top ten UK grocery brand, launched in 1989 and is all about great tasting, feel-good bakery. From Kingsmill Thick Soft White and Medium Tasty Wholemeal, to 50/50 (our family favourite!), Kingsmill sliced bread is a well-loved staple in many UK households. For as long as we can remember, bread has played a part in meal times, snack times and family times and we want to make sure consumers and caterers can continue to enjoy our bread when away from home. All our bread is lovingly made by our parent company, Allied Bakeries and our bakers use flour from our own mills. We use the best quality wheats in the country, to produce the best quality flour that we use in our bread and bakery goods to bring you deliciously soft, great tasting products. Allied Bakeries operates in 19 sites across UK and Ireland with over 4,500 people ensuring that they deliver our great products to a broad range of customers, day in day out. Our bakeries have always been deeply rooted in their local communities and in 2021 Kingsmill built on this with the ‘Slice of Kindness’ programme. This initiative is our pledge us to make a positive difference to our communities, health and planet. We are committed to relieving food poverty and passionate about reducing food waste and have been working with FareShare since 2016. In 2020 alone we donated the equivalent of more than 2.1 million meals to them and other community groups.
