Founded in 1985 by Kern Kingsmith, Kingsmith homes has always found their value in the product that they deliver to their customers. In 2008 Kingsmith brought on its second owner, Craig Wiens who partnered with Kern Kingmsith and took the company over in 2014. There are many facets to owning and operating a home building company, but the foundation will continue to be the quality of product that Kingsmith Homes is turning over to its customers and the relationship that is built.
