K&W is based in Brooklyn, New York and is focused on acquiring a single business in the United States with the goal of operating and growing that business over a long period of time. K&W is backed by a group of high-quality, well-capitalized long-term oriented institutional investors and executives with meaningful experience acquiring and operating small and medium sized businesses.
