Kingwell was founded by Alistair Emery, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with more than two decades of experience investing, developing and managing a wide range of land and property assets. Kingwell acquires, manages and sustainably develops its investments in order to realise income and capital growth through the planning, development and diversification of assets under management. In addition to promoting its own Natural Capital schemes, Kingwell also provides a consultancy service to help other landowners realise the latent potential available from their own Natural Capital to include BNG and Nutrient Neutrality.
